"Capable Of Greatness."

“My story begins March 18th 2018. The day that I chose to take a stand, to invest in myself and rewrite history. It was the day I chose sobriety. My life before sobriety was painful. It was full of tears, uncertainty, and chaos. I was lost and didn’t know who I was. Whether I was happy, sad, mad, I always found a reason to drink. Celebration? Tequila!, Holiday? Champagne!, Friday? Lets get DRUNK, beautiful day? Let’s go wine tasting!

My friends and family are all drinkers, which seemed to justify it all... It got to a point where alcohol was an everyday indulgence and began to take its toll. It almost felt like I wasn’t able to attend any dinner, function, get together with friends, without at least a drink being involved.

The day I chose to give up alcohol was the day I chose to give myself a chance. Sobriety taught me a lot about myself. It taught me courage. It taught me how to face my feelings, rather than run from them. It showed me that I am capable of greatness. It helped me embrace my true authenticity and given me clarity I’ve never had.

Now, I am living my best life and it is beautiful. If I can do it, so can you.”
